Burnt Toast!
Burnt Toast is launched! We’re delighted that Jack’s school (Waterbeach Community Primary School) has put together a charity cook book to help raise awareness about the challenges faced by children like Jack.
The book is full of recipes put together by the children and mums and has the support of celebrity chefs Galton Blackistone and Joan Roca (currently the best restaurant in the world – El Celler de Can Roca in Girona, Spain).
Profits from the book will be split three ways: 40% to Jack’s Appeal, 40% to the school towards special needs provision and 20% to the national charity Scope.
The book costs £5 (plus £2.50 p&p) and is available from Waterbeach Community Primary School (term time only). After 20th July, copies of the book are available from Jack’s Appeal.
