Jack's Story...
Our Millennium Boy
Jack was born 9 weeks early on 12th October 2000, weighing just 4 and ½ pounds.
The Diagnosis
In April 2001 Jack was diagnosed with quadriplegic cerebral palsy.
Jack's Appeal
With limited funds available, we soon learnt that in order to provide the right equipment to give our son the quality of life he deserved, we would need to do some fundraising.
Looking Forward
With Jack's Appeal going from strength to strength, we were more motivated than ever to think of new ways to raise funds for Jack and other children like him.
